Our Returns Policy complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Due to the nature of this license, we cannot accept returns or make refunds for backing tracks purchased by the customer in error. However, should the backing track be damaged during download, please immediately notify us by email. Any purchased mp3 backing tracks damaged during download will be replaced with the identical backing tracks.

All Cooltracks professional backing tracks have demos for you to listen to before you purchase your mp3 backing track. We encourage you to listen to the demo of the music backing track you wish to purchase before you purchase your Cooltracks professional backing track.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
